The Village will consist of nine 30-bed structures, one duplex dormitory, and a 60-person upper-class scholarship women's residence hall. A general-use facility, including a laundry, vending machine room, various meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, and management offices, will also be placed to accomodate students' needs. This general use facility will have an attatched patio with a view to a centralized park within access of all residence structures within The Village.
